Executive Director Delores Bailey and other non-profit leaders in Orange County were named in United Way of the Greater Triangle’s inaugural class of the ‘10 to Watch.’

United Way of the Greater Triangle - ‘10 to Watch’ Initiative

EmPOWERment, Inc. has been selected by the United Way of the Greater Triangle in the inaugural class of the ‘10 to Watch’ in the Orange County community. The program is a new investment initiative created to address the racial and cultural disparities between the leaders of nonprofit organizations and the communities that they serve.

As a ‘10 to Watch’ nonprofit, EmPOWERment, Inc. will receive $25,000 per year for two years from the United Way of the Greater Triangle as long EmPOWERment can match the grant through individual donations.
