Rental applications can be submitted in one of three ways:

  • In person at our office

    • If you would like to submit an application in person, please download and print out a copy of our rental application and bring the completed application to our office at 109 N. Graham Street, Suite 200, Chapel Hill, NC 27516.

  • Digitally

    • If you would like to submit an application digitally, please fill out the online application below.

  • By mail

    • If you would like to submit an application by mail, please download and print out a copy of our rental application and mail the completed application to our office at 109 N. Graham Street, Suite 200, Chapel Hill, NC 27516.

  • Renewal on Wait List

    • Please fill out the Addendum form every six months to renew your place on the waitlist and/or update any changes to income. Please email the completed form to empowerment.application@gmail.com

***As of October 2019, there is no longer a $10 application fee. Please note that applications will remain on file for up to six months. After six months, please submit an application addendum to renew your position on the waitlist.
