We own and manage more than 50 rental homes across Orange County, kept below market rate and open to Housing Choice Vouchers. Beyond the keys, our HUD-certified counselors walk people through buying a first home, navigating refinancing, and avoiding foreclosure — and our MOM Emergency Utility Fund helps neighbors keep the lights on when money runs short.

We organize alongside residents in Chapel Hill's historic neighborhoods — Northside, Pine Knolls, Carr Court, and Lloyd Street — so they can advocate for themselves and shape the decisions that affect their blocks.
